- 1Does butterfingers cater for corporate events, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and special events?

Catering
- 2If I would like to provide cupcake favors giveaways for my guests, does butterfingers offer individual boxing?
Yes, we offer individual boxes at a nominal additional charge. Please contact us to find out more.
- 3What is the notice period for dessert bar package?
Minimum 2 weeks in advance for both classic and premium dessert bar. However, if there are any special customizations involved, we will need a minimum of 1 month to prepare.
- 4Does dessert bar catering include on-site set up?
Yes, our dessert bar packages are inclusive of on-site setup as well as transportation. Please contact us for our ready package.
- 5Do you provide customization for dessert bar?
Of course! We provide free consultation for customization according to the event theme and will be glad to discuss more with you. For more information, please e-mail us at hello@thebutterfingers.com and we will be happy to assist you.
- 6Is there a minimum order for cupcakes?
Yes. Please purchase at least 2 boxes of 12pc cupcakes. You can choose 2 flavors per box from any of the flavors available on the menu.
Ordering
- 7If I have a nut-allergy, can I order from butterfingers?
As several of our flavors contain nuts/ peanuts, we would strongly suggest customers with such allergies not to consume our products.
- 8Does butterfingers offer other confections?
Yes, our products consist of a selection of cupcakes, macarons, specialty cakes and seasonal treats. Please refer to our party packs on our website and contact us for more details.
- 9How do I store my cupcakes and macarons?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes and macarons at room temperature. If you will be consuming the macarons more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can refrigerate them and they are good for up to 3 days after day of purchase. For cupcakes, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 3 days after they are purchased. To thaw the cupcakes, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before consuming.
- 10Does butterfingers sell mini-cupcakes?
We do offer mini-cupcakes for special events! You can choose from any of the flavors available on the menu. Please contact us for further information
- 11Do you do any customization of flavours for cupcakes?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the selection of flavors available on the menu. However, we do make exceptions for large catering orders. Please contact us for further information. New creations are also frequently added to the menu so be sure to check back often.
- 12Do you do any design customization for cupcakes?
Yes. Please contact us for more details.
- 13Do I need to pre-pay?
We kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery agents do not accept cash on delivery.
- 14Can I phone or email an order for delivery?
Of course! The best way to place an order is through phone and you can reach us at (65) 9450 8992; alternatively, you can also email us at hello@thebutterfingers.com.
- 15Do you provide delivery service?
Yes. Currently, we only deliver on weekends (Sat and Sun) from 3pm onwards. A charge of $25 per single location delivery applies. However, if the total amount is more than $100, we will be glad to waive the delivery charges.
- 16Is there a minimum order for macarons?
There is a minimum order of 10pcs per flavor. You can choose from any of the flavors available on the menu.
- 17Do I need to order in advance?
Yes. Please order 5 days in advance otherwise an urgent surcharge of 30% of the sale price is applicable.
- 18Are charitable donations available from butterfingers?
Of course! We support a variety of causes and frequently donate cupcakes to approved charitable organizations. For all inquiries related to charitable donations, please e-mail us at hello@thebutterfingers.com
